We want you to love your gear. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Swimwear must have the hygienic liner intact. Initiate a return through your account or contact us for a prepaid label (return shipping fees may apply depending on the reason).

To save postage fees for members of clubs in the region, our team will hand deliver your gear and equipment to your coaches table at the next regional meet. We do not offer home delivery when ordering on the team access page.

Use our detailed size charts on each product page (measured in inches/cm). For suits, check both body measurements and the specific brand’s fit notes—many competitive suits run small. Goggles often have adjustable straps and different nose bridge options. When in doubt, size up or contact our team with your measurements for personalized advice.

We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other popular digital wallets. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store full card details on our servers.

We are a small team based in the South Okanagan who wants to help every swimmer reach their personal best time in the sport they love. We only sell swim gear that has been tried, tested and approved by local coaches in their programs. This is because we actually want to provide quality and real results for swimmers.
